Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

• Three parties + Stripe. You (the creator), your supporters (the people who tip you), Show Some Love (the software / platform), and Stripe (the payment processor).
• We never hold your money. Tips are paid by your supporters directly into your own connected Stripe account using Stripe Connect direct charges. The money never sits in, passes through, or is controlled by a Show Some Love account. We cannot hold, route, freeze, or take a cut of your tips.
• What we charge. A flat $9.99/month subscription for the software. We take 0% of your tips. Standard Stripe processing fees apply on your own Stripe account, the same as any card payment — those are Stripe's, not ours.
• Cards go to Stripe, not us. Card numbers and payment credentials go to Stripe. We never receive or store full card data.
• What we DO hold: the name and email a supporter types on your tip page (so you can thank them), and the tip's metadata (amount, message, date). This is held for you, the creator. See Part C.

1. Who we are and what this is

Show Some Love is a software platform owned and operated by Nemeta AI Software Services LLC, a single-member LLC owned by Peter Hopkins. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

2. The account and the subscription

• A creator account costs a flat $9.99/month. Stripe acts as merchant of record for that subscription and handles any sales tax/VAT on it.
• New creators receive a 30-day free trial; a payment method is collected up front and the first charge occurs at the end of the trial unless cancelled. You may cancel any time via the billing portal or by emailing us; Stripe sends a reminder before the trial ends.
• Reviews are free. We take 0% of tips at all times.

3. Your money is yours (custody)

• Tips are processed as Stripe Connect direct charges to your own connected Stripe account. We are not a party to the flow of your tip funds.
• Because we never hold your funds, we cannot freeze, withhold, reverse, or seize your tips. Your relationship for the funds themselves is between you and Stripe, governed by Stripe's terms.
• Negative balances and chargeback/loss liability on tip transactions sit with Stripe under the connected-account configuration, not with Show Some Love. (The platform's own $9.99 subscription charges are a separate, ordinary merchant matter.)
• Stripe collects your identity verification (KYC). We do not perform that verification and do not receive your full KYC documents.

4. Our commitment to you about your supporters

This is the heart of these Terms, and it is unambiguous:

• Your supporters are yours, not ours. The people who tip you are your audience and your relationship. We do not treat them as our customers.
• We do not market to your supporters. We will not email, advertise to, upsell, or solicit the people who tip you. We do not add them to any marketing list. We run no advertising on your page and we do not sell, rent, or share supporter data with advertisers or data brokers.
• We will not use your supporter relationships to compete with you. We will not use the identities or contact details of your supporters to divert them away from you, to promote competing creators to them, or to poach your audience.
• Honesty about what we can technically see. We will not pretend we are blind to your data. As the Stripe Connect platform that introduced your account, and because supporter name/email are stored so you can thank people, we are technically capable of seeing who your supporters are. We do not hide behind a false "we can't see it" claim. Instead we commit, contractually, not to act on it in any of the ways above. Our restraint is a promise of behaviour, backed by these Terms — not a technical impossibility.
• A supporter is free to become a creator themselves. Many people who tip are creators too. Nothing stops a supporter choosing, on their own initiative, to open their own Show Some Love account. We may show a general "become a creator / start your own page" option on creator pages. The distinction we hold to: we will respond to a supporter who chooses us, but we will not target your supporters, using data obtained through your page, to recruit them. The initiative must be theirs, not a solicitation by us aimed at your audience.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't use the platform for anything illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, or that violates Stripe's rules or applicable law.
• Don't impersonate others, abuse supporters' personal information, send spam, or misuse contact details you receive through your page (you must comply with privacy/anti-spam law toward your own supporters too).
• Don't use the page to probe or test stolen payment cards (tip amounts are fixed presets partly for this reason).
• We may suspend or disable a page that violates these Terms or that Stripe flags. Disabling a page stops it collecting through our platform; it does not and cannot touch money already in your own Stripe account.

6. Liability, disclaimers, changes, governing law

• Software provided "as is"; we don't guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Funds, payouts, and payment disputes are subject to Stripe's terms, not ours — we are not responsible for Stripe's performance.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Claims must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to them.
• We may modify the service or these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app.

1. Scope

This explains what data Show Some Love (Nemeta AI Software Services LLC) collects, why, and what we do and don't do with it. It covers two groups: creators (account holders) and supporters (people who tip).

2. What we collect

From creators:

• Account info from Google or Apple sign-in (name, email, profile image where provided) to create your account.
• Profile content you enter (display name, bio, thank-you message, avatar URL, slug).
• Subscription status (via Stripe) — we do not store your card; Stripe does.
• Your connected Stripe account ID and status (connected / charges enabled), so we know your page can accept tips.

From supporters (people who tip a creator):

• The name and email a supporter types on a tip page, plus the tip amount, optional message, and date.
• We do NOT receive or store payment card details. Those go directly to Stripe, the payment processor. Stripe provides us only with non-sensitive transaction metadata.
• A supporter may choose to appear "Anonymous" in the public feed; the creator still sees the typed name/email so they can say thank you, but it is hidden from the public.

3. Why we hold supporter data — and who it's for

• Supporter name/email is collected for the creator's benefit — so the creator can send a receipt and a personal thank-you, even for anonymous public tips.
• It is held on the creator's behalf, not for our own marketing. It is the creator's audience data.
• It is never shown publicly beyond the public display name (and "Anonymous" if chosen). Email and payment references are never exposed on public pages.

4. What we do NOT do with supporter data

• We do not market to supporters. No promotional email, no newsletters, no ads, no upselling to the people who tip.
• We do not sell, rent, or share supporter data with advertisers, data brokers, or third parties for their marketing.
• We do not run ads on creator pages or the platform.
• We do not use supporter data to compete with, or poach the audience of, the creator who collected it. (See Terms Part B §4.)
• Honesty clause: we acknowledge we are technically able to see supporter identities (as the Stripe Connect platform and because we store the data for you). We commit not to exploit that capability for the purposes above. This is a promise of conduct, not a claim that we are technically incapable.

5. What we share, and with whom

• Stripe: payment processing. Supporters' card data goes to Stripe directly; Stripe is the data controller/processor for payment information under its own privacy policy.
• Service providers strictly necessary to run the software (e.g. hosting, database). Bound to confidentiality; not permitted to market to anyone.
• Legal: if required by law.
• That's it. No advertisers. No data sales.

6. Creator's own responsibility toward supporters

Because the creator receives their supporters' names and emails, the creator is responsible for handling that data lawfully (privacy and anti-spam law, e.g. not spamming their supporters). We provide the data for thanking supporters; how the creator uses it is the creator's responsibility.

7. Your rights

• Creators: access and export your data, and delete your account/data at any time by contacting us at peter@nemeta.ai.
• Supporters: you may contact us or the relevant creator to access or delete the data associated with your tip. The creator is the controller of their supporter list; Show Some Love acts as processor on the creator's behalf.

8. Security

• We never store full card data (Stripe handles it; PCI compliance sits with Stripe).
• Sensitive columns (supporter email, payment references) are excluded from all public data paths and restricted to the creator and authorised platform access only.
• Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest by our managed database provider. Tip and supporter data is retained for as long as the creator account is active; on account deletion, supporter records linked to that creator are removed within 30 days, except where retention is required for tax, accounting, or legal obligations.

9. International transfers, changes, contact

• Data is processed in the USA. By using the service you consent to this transfer.
• We may update this policy; material changes notified.
